Weekly $195.00 / week

Seasonal Site Rates

Rates include up to 2 adults.
Metered 50-amp electric is billed separately.
Additional $20 utility charge for water, sewer & trash pickup.
Monthly rates are payable in full upon arrival.
Regular lots have less than 400 sq. ft. concrete pads.
1 Month $405.00 + electric
2 Months $795.00 + electric
3 Months $1,155.00 + electric
4 Months $1,425.00 + electric
5 Months $1,575.00 + electric
6 Months $1,715.00 + electric
Premium Site
(400–600 sq. ft. concrete pad)		 + $110 / season
